Planning of Flight Programmes

The recipe for a successful promotion requires a mix of the following:
- Specially tailored events.
- Attendance at balloon orientated events.
- Attendance at major outdoor shows.
- General incentive flying.
- In house press (LTA have an in-house journalist and a photographer).
- Over city flights.
- Client entertainment.

The way the balloon is used will usually reflect the client's current marketing strategy.

Our experience is that a balloon can be readily operated at 75of any pre-planned events. At all of them the basket, suitably bannered is erected or the vehicle displayed press kits and photographs distributed and personnel available for interview or to help with the on site promotional work. Often a sheltered spot can be found for a tethered flight, and with flexibility the most unlikely objectives become possible.
